Tours in El Nido

Read about El Nido by clicking here.

Than if YOU ever tired of El Nido, take Montenegro boat.

Daily departure is at 6 am. So If YOU take a boat from El Nido, you will be in Coron around noon.

If you wish to read more about Coron check out my blog right here

More information about what to do in Coron, check my previous blog about Coron tours.

I stayed in El Nido about 9 days, because it was impossible to take Montenegro boat due to waves as high as 5 meters. But I think max 4 days in El Nido is enough.

Definitely don’t miss sunset at Las Cabbanas beach.

Tours in Puerto Princessa:

I also experienced tours in Puero Princessa,

I was very badly disappointed. It is extremely touristic. If YOU do Puerto Princessa tours before El Nido and Coron tours, than maybe you might enjoy. But I went to Puerto Princessa at the end of my trip and it was not that good. I did a full day tour which was called Honda Bay Island-Hopping.

Honda Bay Island-hopping tour:

As you can see from my photos, the sea isn’t that crystal clear. I didn’t see any corals, the beach wasn’t that exciting. Basically this tour was a total tourist trap and each island was overcrowded.

Who cares for the sand castles. Right?

Nevertheless, I met this group of young guys from Puerto Princessa so I had a great time as they spoke Perfect English. At least I was in a great company and learned a lot about their country.

  • LuLi Island (Lulubog Lilitaw Island)
  • Cowrie Island
  • Starfish Island – swim, snorkel
